Our foundation is built on deep operational roots. Led by Kamal Haggerty with a track record of launching over 16 thriving venues across Sydney, Melbourne, Tasmania, and New Zealand, we understand the anatomy of a great event from the ground up. We have evolved from managing the dust of construction sites and the intricacies of design to perfecting the art of food and beverage. This journey allows us to see what others miss—transforming rigorous research and logistics into seamless moments of joy.

THE IDEAL ‘IMPERIAL HOUSE’ FULL DAY EXPERIENCE
A seamless integration of The Studio (Work), The Ballroom (Dining), and The Courtyard (Social).
08:30_ Arrival & Awakening
Location: The Ballroom Courtyard
Guests arrive via Fort Lane.
Service: Barista coffee and a light, standing breakfast. The fresh air and heritage brickwork set a relaxed tone before the work begins.
09:30_ The Pitch (Session I)
Location: The Studio (Main Floor)
Move indoors for the keynote presentation.
Setup: Theatre style seating for 200. The open plan acoustics are perfect for leadership addresses.
11:00_ The Grind (Breakouts)
Location: The Studio (Lower Offices)
Teams split into the 5 lower offices for departmental workshops and focused strategy sprints.
13:00_ The Long Lunch
Location: The Ballroom
A change of scenery to reset the mind. Guests move to the adjacent Imperial Ballroom.
Service: A seated two-course executive lunch, paired with a glass of premium New Zealand wine.
14:30_ Alignment (Session II)
Location: The Studio
Return to the main floor for final presentations and closing remarks.
16:00_ The Decompression
Location: The Courtyard
Doors open to the outdoor terrace.
Service: Transition into a cocktail hour featuring bespoke canapés and drinks, allowing the team to socialize in a private, laneway setting.
