The Commons - a multi-space collection of bars and eateries which aimed to put Takapuna on the dining map. Offering everything from a late morning coffee, takeaway artisan bread, a casual lunch or fine dining dinner, or Friday night drinks, The Commons was on Takapuna's revitalised Hurstmere Road and centred around an impressive open internal courtyard (the Gardens) flanked by five distinct but interconnected spaces - including Elske bakery & Little Empire whiskey bar - which shared and overlooked this 'common' outdoor area.

Spanning an impressive 400sqm, The Studio is the heavyweight champion of flexible workspaces in the CBD. This isn't just a room; it is a multi-layered command centre designed for complex strategy and large-scale alignment.
The layout is defined by its massive utility. The primary Open Plan Presentation Space comfortably accommodates up to 150 guests seated, providing a theatre-style environment for town halls or keynote deliveries. Beneath this, the split-level design houses five distinct breakout offices, offering unparalleled capacity for department-specific workshops or private leadership huddles.
Uniquely, the rear of the venue opens directly onto the Courtyard, flooding the space with natural light and offering an immediate fresh-air connection.
